Place the order for some shoes through Google Pay. No order confirmation and I tried to contact customer service they just have no way to get to me my purchase is pending I got a dispute it
THEY DONT SHIP OUT SHOES.
I ordered two pair of shoes over the app 12 days ago, the order is confirmed but today I haven’t got any shipping information, no response from customer service with this data (wrote them 3 times yet) responded once with excuses about they being busy about a recent sale event, no way to talk with somebody in charge to get an status or my order, impossible to cancel the order too. By this point my hope is to call the attention of some manager who can get my product being shipped.
I’m livid right now! Just received in the mail some Jordan’s I purchased through this app and they look horrible! I was so excited to receive them to be immediately disappointed after opening the box. The sneakers look bad, like fakes honestly. I paid $150 including shipping and taxes which came to a total of $175. Being that I was unhappy I was going to put in a return ASAP but to no avail. These J’s couldn’t be returned for a store credit. I wish I could upload pics so ppl can see how horrible they look. The soles are uneven, there is glue all around the shoe, the leather is bent up. Also has dirt spots on them. I’m so angry right now. I want my money back!!! If I can’t have that at least give me a store credit please.
Their customer service was absolutely horrible. I u given any updates on my order so i tried to get in contact with them about it and got ignored 6 times. The only time i got a response was when they said they’d “look into my order” yet never asked for my order number. Completely lied to for nothing. Still haven’t received my order till this day.
