Very dissatisfied

If I️ could give this app 0 stars I️ would. Subscribed for the year plan and after an update my app stopped providing my notifications. Was originally told it would be up and running soon which soon never came. Messaged them about a month ago to request a refund and I️ would reply to their emails which they would say “if you don’t reply to the emails we would assume everything is working fine.” At this point I’m over it. I would never use there service again or recommend to anyone. App and customer service is very unsatisfactory.

Don’t download

I paid for a year subscription and they literally stopped sending me affirmations. I forgot I purchased the app. After months of them telling me that I need to turn on reminders and the issue was on my end I finally tried to request a refund. Then they tell me I can’t get a refund through them and I have to go through Google. Now Google is saying I can’t get a refund because it’s been too long. I paid for a year!!! It’s only June!!! Why are they even allowed to sell a scam app in the Google store??? Update (response to developer): you really think I didn’t know to turn on notifications??!! Lol! I’ve literally tried everything and the app doesn’t work! It’s a scam!
