Bad customer service

I am deeply disappointed with the developers and customer service for this useless app. I subscribed and when the app didn't deliver what I was expecting (transparency and communication isn't clear for how to track a person - you need their permission and no where did it state that before signing up and paying for their service - which I didn't want to have to get the other party's permission! Which is my cheating husband who would never give me that!) I canceled right away and emailed them and asked for a refund! It stated they'd get back to me in 72 hours but they never did! So I emailed them again and again...three weeks has gone by and NOT ONE REPLY! Taking this to Google to help me and to my bank if Google can't help me!
