The GPS feature causes the app to crash, which means I can’t track the exercise outside. Since the value-add of this app is tracking outside, it’s not useful (I can do everything else in Google health). Also, I prefer AllTrails and there’s no option to link GPS from a different app.
This app is a good start and with a little advancements with user friendly options it can become great.
It’s bad enough that indoor workouts don’t track. But I also cannot link up my Strava workouts and support won’t help.
This app has gone through a lot of positive improvements. My only complaint is that is does not count indoor workouts, which disadvantages people in colder climates, people who might live where it’s unsafe to workout outside (like women at night), people who have kids at home (that mostly disadvantages women).
Three co-workers and I banded together to fulfill a two week journey to raise money for charity and this was the app of choice by our company to track our output. Our team Members had runners, cyclists and some whom took long walks to achieve 10K daily. Long story short, on a 26 mile bike ride, the app only recorded 9 miles and stopped. I was lucky to track the ride on Strava which seems to be the market standard (free version). On a 5K I ran for charity as well, the app only recorded 20% of the entire length of the ride (1K of 5 recorded). To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
