Great customer service! My 4 yr old granddaughter loves it!!!
Could do a half or no stars if I was able to. Bought this for my daughter who was really excited about it. It comes with an activation code and every time I would try to enter it on their app it says it doesn’t work. Then it directs you where you can pay for stories that they have on the app. They care more about the money than the kids they created this for. Deleted it right away. Don’t waste your time or money, scam…
my only complaint really is the sound effects. the background music drowns out 90% of them so you either barely hear them or sometimes they just blend in. i think an option to turn off the background music entirely, or turn it down relative to the sound effects would be nice.
The Moonlite projector is such a fun way to read books with kids. We especially love it for traveling. It’s a great way to bring several books in a small package. We use a tin from welly bandages to hold the projector and all of the story reels!
Just started using this, my daughter (4yrs) likes it so far and gets excited with the sound effects. However she also is handys and wants to turn the reel herself which then misaligns the projector. I think there should be an option to show the “align projector to here option” wherever you are in the book rather than just the beginning so it would be easier to realign mid story. The other app update that would be nice is a “read to me option” in the future, if kids would like to use the app on their own and need the assist with learning to read that would be great!
