Can’t react to born pink album on spotify

Hi YG! I just updated the latest version of the app but it can only react to some song of the older song on Spotify but not the new Born Pink Album. Plss fix it. I really need my lightstick to react to the new album on Spotify. I mean all songssss of BlackPink plsss. Tksssss alotttt 🖤💖💖💖💖

Would complete update but won’t connect

As stated in the title, light-stick just won’t connect to the app. The first time I tried to connect it, it was stuck at 0%. After a month or so of forgetting about this, I tried again to be surprised that the percentage finally moves. But, to be just stuck in a loop of keeping to download an update.

Firmware update problems

Connects to my lightstick then begins to update. The update will finish and tells me to “long hold press” and then it will turn off and back on and begin updating AGAIN. It will repeat this. Please fix.

MV sync worked once…

I just received my lightstick. 2 days ago. I just wanna play the song and watch the light show. It disconnects after connecting and hitting back to play the youtube videos. Tried on 3 separate devices and same result
