I have been playing for months, never put a dime into the game. I have my winnings up to $215, I went to cash it out and was told that I only had $2.90 available to cash out and if I cashed it out I would lose all the bonus cash. So angry!!
I believe they’re deliberately ignoring support messages from players. There’s no way that after 40 hours there is not one representative able to respond to a message. Or even an automated message with a reply of receipt of message. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
