We bought this overpriced covid test because there was nothing else left. I hate that it has the app feature, no one wants an app, they just want your test to work and show 1 or 2 lines. The test ended up being defective. It shows "invalid result there was a technical issue." I want my $40 back.
Been taking the tests from USPS fine and dandy. Ran out and tried this test. Beyond the convoluted operation of the test with an app, I ended up with an invalid result. What a scam. Don’t waste your money.
This experience is like sitting in a 4 hour meeting that could have been an email.
I’m a therapist and see patients daily. I was sympathetic all the way through. This was the only fast option. Not concerned with the privacy an app download but did see patients after testing negative and that’s not ok!!
2nd test today, I’m doing tests every day while visiting my elderly Mother. I had to fill in all of the information on the App that was downloaded on my phone. It would be nice if the app asked if the information used yesterday was still correct… The packaging for the swab could be redesigned, maybe a sleeve over the swab to keep it sterile? It’s very easy to inadvertently touch it while unwrapping it. I’m glad CVS didn’t sell me 2 double kits, which was what I requested. I guess I’ll see what other options are available in my Mom’s town.
