My brand new Portable AC unit is not appearing in the app as a selection to control via wifi. Customer Support could not figure it out. So don’t say call customer support. The old Toshiba App worked fine until I stopped using the product over the winter. Now that I need it, nothing works. Old app or new app. And my QR code doesn’t recognize. It says Incorrect Code.
