I paid for the premium app. It stated we would have access to advisors 24/7. This is not a true statement. I would like my money returned for the year subscription I paid. I have received no help from this app. Please do not waste your time or money. I make it a point to never give someone advice. I will make an exception this time. Do not purchase this App!
It’s a really really good app. Ur you shouldn’t have to pay a subscription for your healthcare. I would’ve been a five star.
I just wanted to try out the free trial and well there was NO free trial they just automatically charged me a full years worth even though I have NEVER tried this app before!! I have contacted them and no answer!! I he app is NOT what I expected hence why I signed up for the free trial since there is no other way to do it for free to check it out and they force you to do the trial but then turn around and charges you automatically so what’s the point of advertising a free trial so you can try it to see if you like it and YOU deciding instead they lie and just take the money out and make the decision for themselves
It’s pretty good, but their is way too little stuff for bob-premium users.
Set up a passcode, then it stalled and it’s been stuck on the passcode page ever since. Seemed like a good app, but never got past 10mins of using it.
