Have you tried a digital detox? And it did not work, because you fall back into your habits immediately? Well here is the solution: one sec solves our unhealthy phone relationship at its roots: by making distracting apps less a.

My only complaint with this app is that it always makes scripts to block more than one app without telling you. This is a problem if you plan on using the free version. Besides this annoyance, it really does help you be more mindful before mindlessly opening Instagram.
For freeing me from Facebook and giving me hope . Seriously, Google needs to acquire this and hire you. I was thinking the breathing app could be nicer, but that’s the point, to not be pretty and to annoy me. I appreciate the purposeful thought that went into designing this app.
It works great! It really helps discourage my bad habit of reflexively opening social media. I found the intention feature to be super effective. The one thing I'd suggest would be a more user-friendly interface for setting the schedule. It's nice being able to set it per-hour, but it gets old having to tap each hour individually. It would be cool if I could drag to select a range.
I saw this in a Tweet, installed the app, and set it up with two of my worst time-sinks: Discord and Twitter. Unfortunately the trial version only supports setting this up for one app, a dealbreaker. Trying to explore the settings kept giving surprise popups urging me to commit to a purchase, which frustrated me and depleted my reservoir of good will, so I uninstalled it. This is a neat application, but the setup process is pretty annoying. For all the work, you could probably just make your own shortcuts to do the same thing. $4/mo for an app like this is just greedy. I’d have to think hard before paying 4 bucks *once* to use this app to its fullest extent, let alone 12 times a year.
The focus session is not working on my Android. my Android is updated to the latest ios.
