So I ordered on the app back in march, never got my food because the store was closed. Tried to contact the store they said they couldn’t do anything. I tried contacting customer service but I was given the run around. So here I am, 4 months later like dang I remember that time Checkers screwed me.. not an issue with the app itself, only Checker’s standard operating procedures.
I went to the location where I ordered my food on the app. I was supposed to receive 6 big Bufords and a champ burger. When I got my order after waiting longer than the time they said it would be. It looked like I received the 6 Buford. So I went back and explained that I was missing a champ burger with only ketchup and mustard no cheese.. the manager looked at me and rolled my eyes. she tossed the bag to the window. I went back to my car and looked and it was the champ burger with cheese mustard and ketchup. So I walked back over there to apologize and say what I asked for and the manager was nasty and rolled her eyes and told the worker to grab the bag because I wasn’t getting that burger and then told her to throw it in the trash.. I didn’t want the Burger, I wanted my correct order. So I get home to find out that they made my champ burger with everything on it and shorted me a big Buford. The manager needs to go…
Your company gladly accepts payments via app but has NO WAY to get in contact if the store is closed or something is wrong. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.
Doesn’t matter if you order through the app or not. The workers are gonna ignore you either way and you’ll have to get in line at the drive through to get your order.
Terrible app - auto filled my store location to the literal other side of the country can’t even see an option to cancel it guess I’m just screwed ? Door dash should just be the only app anyone is allowed to use
