I REALLY LIKED THIS APP IT WAS WORKING VERY WELL - A COWORKER AND I WERE DICTATING CONTENT FOR OUR BOOKS. BUT NOW WHEN I PRESS ON THE RED BUTTON IT DISAPPEARS THEREFORE I CANNOT RETRIEVE THE HOURS OF DICTATION THAT WE RECORDED FOR OUR BOOKS. NOR CAN I RECORD CURRENT DICTATIONS. I DO NOT KNOW IF I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE I HOPE NOT. THEY CONTACTED ME AND ASKED ME TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING. I EXPLAINED IT — THAT WAS WEEKS AGO & THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. I CANNOT RECOMMEND WHAT WAS AN EXCELLENT APP UNTIL THIS HAPPENED. NOW I HAVE LOST THE DICTATED CONTENT FOR OUR BOOKS.
