Horrible, won't let me register for app sign in? Tried numerous ways. Keeps saying wrong credentials, MSG Error X Getting very frustrated! I hope this isn't an omen on things to come from eye Ins???????

App is full of bugs

I downloaded the app so I could use it similar to how I use other apps for medical benefits. This app his RIDDLED with bugs. When I try to see my benefits it says “see benefits below” and then the screen is completely blank. When I tried to contact them through the app I filled out everything correctly but each time it said that I was filling out my name incorrectly. The app doesn’t even let you reach out to them for questions. Probably because they know that this app is NOT working. Eye Med, if you’re going to promote your users using this app, YOU NEED TO HAVE AN APP THAT WORKS.
