Can’t say for sure.

I was scrolling through social media when an ad for this app popped up. Usually, I’d ignore the ad, however, I took a liking to how it was presented by the ad creator. I didn’t pay much mind to the fact it said “free” as the price. After downloading the app and opening it, I was immediately told to sign up for a seven day plan. I give it props however because it is difficult for people to get professional help recently.

Love Most Days!

Most days gently reminds you to check in each day on your personalized goals. I really enjoy the accountability partner portion of this app as well. This is one of the only apps I’ve actually checked back in on daily and monitored my progress.
