App is good but often when I ask for a reward item that is shown on the app the item is not available at the store location. This can be managed by taking inventory of giveaways at the store level and updating the app. Of course that would require that your inventory was updated, have an inventory system, and automated updates with the app. Item coming into inventory get scanned and item going out are scanned and updated at the store level. If you are not doing this already, I’d suspect you have inventory going out the door for reasons other than reward gifts. Which brings us back to why I’m writing tbis b comment.

Downloaded and used the “sign in with Google” option. Went through all the prompts and says my account was created. Then I get to a screen that has me enter my phone number for verification. Once I enter, it gives me an error that says “phone number is already in use.” There is no way to bypass this screen to start using the app. Tried contacting support 2 times in 8 days. No response.

App crashes as soon as you click the “rewards” section. How convenient

Overly complicated payment/rewards program. Makes no sense to consumer or waiters. Ridiculous.

First time and had to ask for my drink that was ordered. I was so looking forward to a great experience. I had to flag down other waiters to give me a napkin and refill my water. I guess customer service is not important for some businesses. So disappointed 🙃
