Finch for Android

Finch is so good for those of us with depression! I’ve found it helps me get some stuff done in the day, while also being cute and comforting, and offering good strategies to help with anxiety and depression, and other mental health struggles people can face! Overall, a great app, I strongly recommend anyone to get it!

This is an amazing app! At first i downloaded it because my best friend was playing during school. And I instantly fell in love. I love how you can personalize it to your liking and to fit your personality. Definitely recommend. (Btw sorry it’s long I need gems)

I have a hard time with self car and I try to do reminders on my phone but even those don’t work I’ll just dismiss them… however dumb it may be by just doing what I want to as everyday self care and getting to hve that grow a virtual pet honesty makes it enjoyable and easier on my mind to do. I give this a 5/5 cause it’s the first thing I’ve found that’s motivated me in a long time to care about myself 💕

I’ve been using the Finch App for a couple months now, I’ve gotten tons of special chests and treasures for completing goals and daily tasks. I have over 20k gems and I’ve dressed my adorable finch, Elderwood, as a cute little farmer with a little plant on their head and a flower pot in their wing. It’s an amazing game / helpful day-to-day! I’m nineteen years old and it motivates me, especially on difficult days, to get up and go. Over time, I don’t use the app nearly as much, but I still check in everyday. It gives you that “taking care of someone or something else makes it easier to take care of your self” feeling. And to empower your finch, you have to complete your own daily tasks. I love it and will continue to use it until the end of time.
