Poor customer service and help

Registration for the app is so confusing. Zero instructions and when you go to the counter to ask the workers act like it’s a burden to talk to you. Not too much once you register they told me the wrong information on how to use the app/account.

Easy to Use + Huge Prop Selection + Reward Points

I do not agree with the poor reviews I read here. Have you tried the MGM app? It’s awful. It crashes, freezes and they have so few props. Boyd has the most props I have found on a NV App. Fun fact: in Nevada MGM doesn’t offer rewards for sports betting! It’s lame. Boyd gives you points. Boyd for the win, for me. And I gamble daily.

I have had the app going for less than 24 hours. So far so good, except that I lost my first bet… lol. Log in is remembered by face ID. Which is great. Please add First 5 innings team total option for baseball. This would be very much appreciated.

Worst app.

Worst app. Couldn’t use my credit card to login. The guy said they have issues with visa. What. Ok. Next day it worked. I always have to install and delete the app. MGM is better. I’m going back to that. I liked Boyd because I live next to Gold Coast. I’d rather walk to MGM in the heat

Ummm hello?

I installed the app and opened it up and it says "Boyd Sport BoydGaming". That's it! There's nothing else to do; no where to click, no way to move around.Just a blue and empty screen with those words.
