Why can’t notifications work consistently…you guys have the best features of any 2nd line app, yet are moving so slow on bug fixes, we don’t understand.
After they charge you full amount for the subscription $100 they will shut down the phone number for no reason. I lost all my contacts and conversations. With no explanation or any reason. They answer was you violated our rules. No explanation. How so? I used the number as a regular phone. Just for call and text. Avoid at all cost.
Had to go get new phone the App won't go to new phone and can't get to talk to anyone to make it happen. Going to drop the service and go to another extra number. Only thing that won't go to new phone
This product just simply doesn’t work, and worse, when you report an issue, their service reps simply say, “yeah we’re aware it doesn’t work”, without offering a timeframe for resolution or apologizing for their software not working at all. This product has been detrimental to my business.
