Cannot transfer files

This is completely worthless to me. I needed to back up specific files for work products that I need to move between my system and other peoples systems. Everything I found, I was horribly mistaken. The software for this drive does not allow you to transfer files on to it. It also requires an app to even open it, so if they did figure out how to allow you to transfer files, I don’t know how you would get them on to another system. This could be a restrictions implemented by Google, but that doesn’t make sense as I’ve been able to use other usb drives with adaptors to transfer documents.

Overall review and bugs

Drive itself works perfect, but sometimes app crashes, app reloads itself and JDTDC drive is not visible, I need remove the drive and re-attach it to the lighting port. There is no moving function inside of JD drive folders. Please fix it as soon as possible. Thanks.
