Caesars Sportsbook Nevada for Android

I tried signing up at the Harvey’s Tahoe location via tha app. It could not confirm my location even though I was STANDING IN THE LOBBY TALKING TO STAFF because it’s “too close to the State line.” And there’s no way to mitigate this? No way for staff to confirm I’m standing in front of them? I have to fill out a paper app and send it Vegas like a parcel on the Pony Express? Way too much trouble. I’ll take my gambling dollars elsewhere.

The customer service of the sports book app is bad. I’ve written many emails that go unanswered - no replies at all. This alliance with William Hill may have me leave for another rewards program.

Horrible App. It can’t even get the geolocation right to allow you to bet. Super slow and low budget. For such a big sports book this is a pathetic UI.

Signing up for an account is so painfully error-prone, makes you wonder how bad the actual app experience will be. Other reviews here tell you everything you need to know. What a joke for a company the size of Caesars/WH. Two thumbs down!

Downloaded this app and try complete the sign in process which requires you to be present in one of their Sportsbook locations...when trying to complete the process I always came up with a failed or error and I was steps away from the cashier Need to fix this app or let us use the original Caesars Sportsbook which you CAN’T use in the state of Nevada
