2. BaptistMD 24/7 provides 24-hour telemedicine services, giving you access to a board-certified doctor when your own primary care physician is not available.

3. BaptistMD 24/7 is for Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation employees and their dependents who participate in Baptist’s employee health plan.

4. MDLIVE does not guarantee patients will receive a prescription, does not prescribe DEA controlled substances, and may not prescribe non-therapeutic drugs and certain other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse.

5. MDLIVE does not replace the primary care physician, is not an insurance product, and may not a substitute for traditional in-person care in every case or for every condition.

6. Participating doctors treat thousands of people a day with many different conditions, but you should not use BaptistMD 24/7 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.

7. All BaptistMD 24/7 doctors are board certified and state licensed, with an average of 15+ years of experience.

8. Children younger than 3 with a fever and children younger than 12 with ear pain cannot be treated by BaptistMD 24/7 physicians.

9. In addition, we don't treat sexually transmitted diseases, urinary tract infections in males, or urinary tract infections in females younger than 18 years of age.

10. MDLIVE may not be available in certain states and is subject to state regulations.
