Order way overdue

Placed my order in the beginning of the month. Estimated time for delivery during “peak time” would be 9 - 20th. It’s now the 23rd and my package still isn’t even at my city’s postal office yet. Not to mention paid 100$+ for this order. Doubt I’ll be ordering for this app again anytime soon.

Follow through is terrible. My package was supposed to arrive in 5 days. Can’t even get anyone to follow through with an explanation. Just not acceptable to me. I hope the shirts are worth it. This will be last time I use this company.
