ShopThing for Android

A payment was pending for a purchase for days so I messaged the seller as well as the support team and both ghosted me. I had to work with the bank to get the charge off and I never got an answer from ShopThing.

If your feel like giving away money. Then you’ve come to the right app. All good things must come to an end is the saying and it’s right. I bought a purse. And seems like customer service along with the women advertising all do not respond to messages when there is an issue. But trust me. It was a good app until they stop responding about your orders. That NEVER GETS DELIVERED!

I enjoy the app but the items Ive received are either returned damaged items or faulty in some way. I may order from them again but I’m not sure.

I like the concept of shopping live sales but the app is not great. I’ve downloaded and deleted it twice. You can’t search for things. I watched one buyer and wanted to follow her, but I couldn’t click on her name to see more of her content. The home page showed the same story all day that I had to click past every time I opened the app. It’s easier to shop on Instagram - the only real benefit to the app is getting early access to sales.
