Such a fun game
Seasons 1-3, Awesome. It’s downhill from there. I have nothing to add that hasn’t already been stated. I was so impressed with this app. It was better than the other apps that are in the same genre. Why change something that wasn’t broken? With all of these bad reviews, are the writers rethinking the next season, or is it going to be more of the same? A response from the developers would be great! At least, your fans would know you care.

The Good: Art style: 4/5 - way better than the first three seasons but still lacking. I feel as though they’ve traded off a few things here. The facial emotional variance I feel has been decreased in favor of a more polished art style. Ya win some ya lose some I guess Gameplay: 2/5 As many people have said, some volumes are shorter now and it’s a little more painful waiting on the next volume. Also it feels like certain episodes are rushed or lacking in content/things to do with the other characters. Certain romances and other aspects in the narrative feel a little forced sometimes as well. I don’t dislike the new stories themselves, I just think the characters personalities fall off sometimes or don’t feel as consistent as they should and their romance with you feels a little forced and rail-roady. We as players don’t want to feel like everyone loves/wants us… there should be more mystery to it. But when 80% of the villa population is declaring their love for you it absolutely takes you outta the immersion. It should be earned through playing your cards right not served to you on a platter. Story: 4/5 Not much to say here. I enjoy the narratives they’ve offered. It’s very different from the first three seasons, but a good different. Helps shake things up. Overall: 3/5 TL;DR Not going to lie. This game is great. A lot of people are frustrated with several of the changes that the new app has brought and to be fair there are a few things could stand to be better but overall I’ve enjoyed playing the new seasons.
