Videos disappeared

This had happened before with a prior update, I don’t know how I resolved it last time, but it kept me from mentioning it here. But now I’m completely lost, all the videos that I had saved to the player have disappeared from my library and I don’t know whether they’re gone for good or not.

It does not support mkv

It cannot open mkv file at all. But I bought it just for this. I want my 4 bucks back! Besides, it cannot read file in portable hard drive directly like other apps.
