The prices in the restaurant are cheaper than what is listed in the app. It doesn’t feel good to be robbed smh
Cannot redeem points for reward. The app is useless and even the employees at the location cannot assist with using the app.
This app is not usable. Either a glitch will plague your order, the locations are all closed, they’re not accepting online orders, or your driver will get lost and never bring you your food. I’ve had a $65 order get lost and could never receive a refund. I love SV, but this app experience will sour you on their delicious burgers.
I live about 3 miles away from the Edgewood location. I’m in Mechanicsville / Adair Park but it says there is no locations nearby (I know the one on Ralph David is closed) but i’m just shy of 15 minutes from the Edgewood Location, wondering if this is an error with the app or if I’m too far for pickup. Food is obviously great though Lol
More features, like PICK-UP, would be nice. Small delivery area, no explanation of points system, and it seems the app isn’t even fully completed yet. Y’all really couldn’t whip up an about page rq? I’m glad they’re trying to expand their accessibility, however, it’s only useful for those who live within the delivery range of the store. I have a major issue with this, especially considering y’all know a lot of people commute long distances to come to your store, just to realize there are no benefits for MOST of your clientele. Bring back the punch cards if you’re not gonna allow those in person to take advantage of your app.
