Created account, then went to log in and says invalid credentials. Tried to reset password, it says I’m Not registered with that email. Try to register again, it says I’m already registered. How can people shop if you require an app that wont let them create or log into their account? Really wanted to try it out today, but can’t because of this stupid app.
I’m trying to login my account but it’s not letting me it keeps telling my email is invalid
Required to register as a member on this free app and it doesn’t work. Thought it was just my phone, but it didn’t work for my husband either. Days later and after Re installing the app, I still cannot get it to work. It’s definitely this app as evidenced by the other reviews.
Downloaded app to register. I used my main email to register and it says already a user. Went to sign in, says invalid. I tried forgot password with main email and says that it’s not registered. I tried different emails and received the same “credentials/user already exists” which is a lie cause I use those emails for spam. Fix issue if you require people to have to app when shopping.
Like I do the email to reset the password and then it says it’s gonna send me an email and it could take a few minutes but then I never got an email. MI keep on re-doing it but it’s been like three weeks now and still no email
