Iām pretty disappointed with these guys!! I had been saving my rewards and when I went to cash them in for an e-card I was told that my account was being reviewed but will be available in no more than 72 hours. Well..72 hours came and went so I wrote an email to support to see what the problem was. After 4 emails I still havenāt gotten a straight response at all..their response is more like an automated message!!! When one of these survey sites āflagsā you ..then 9/10 of the others do too..regardless of if the āflagging ā is legitimate or not!!! Since they canāt seem to actually communicate with me and explain why my account is basically froze..Iāve submitted my situation with the BBB and now theyāre helping me with it!! E-Rewards does nothing but use you for their advantage and then dispose of you if your rewards are too high in monetary valueā¦ their absolutely disgusting!!!
I spent a lot of my time on this app to try to earn rewards. I got one e gift card and it was fine. I wanted to redeem from a store that only had a physical gift card option. It took months to arrive and I waited about 6-8 weeks of keeping it to save it to use around my birthday. Went to use it at the store and they said their reader wouldnāt pick it up. Went to use it online and it says itās from 2016 and canāt be redeemed online. Itās basically useless and when I contacted customer service about it, I was told it was my fault and my responsibility was to have checked it and used it immediately. No explanation for why itās from 2016 or how thatās my fault.
The app says āif you donāt see the content click the refresh button.ā Clicked refresh 100 times and content is never reflected so you can't move on. Very frustrating when this happens with every survey Iām offered. App is basically worthless.
I have $ worth of rewards but unable to use it, I can choose the gift card I want but cannot check out, surveys stopped populating also, it worked for the first month in which I successfully redeemed 2 gift cards. I am yet to hear from customer service with a solution
Surveys are often much longer than advertised. And when I ordered my $75 gift card, it came as a $25 card.
