The “Help” and “About” features are broken (blank pages and the “Help” feature gives a weird error message), and devices do not show up. Even worse is that you are FORCED to use the app just to connect to Wi-Fi! Zero stars if I could!
Yes, the service is bad. Yes, the costumer service is bad. That’s doesn’t matter, this an app review. A review for just the app… Yes, the app is also bad. It just doesn’t allow you to login. Full stop.
The “HELP” option does nothing, you get a error message. After logging in I also never received my unique network key to use the wifi. I heard it’s not worth using anyway but I wish I could at least see for myself.
The app lets you list all the Android addresses for all of the devices you want to connect. Seems simple right? But no there’s one problem. Listing it does NOTHING. You still have to register the device when you connect to the internet and also deal with the horrible user interface. Do this then you have to deal with horrible connections while consistently reconnecting to wifi when you renter the proximity of the router.
Agree with all the reviews below. This internet provider is absolute trash. I am getting kicked out of the internet 10 times a day and having no way to add another device to my account through the app. Support says they will call back later and never call
