Am I missing something?

It appears as if you cannot create a custom workout and then save it in the app? I want to create my own routine and track the reps and weights each day of the week. But every time I switch days, it erases any changes I’ve made to another day. I feel like I am missing something here. It also doesn’t seem to save any changes you make to the gym workout for each day either. Like it allows you change things during a workout but then loses all that information if you change days. Is anyone else noticing this?
