App opens and tells me i have to update. I get taken to the app store on ios and there is no update available.

Got Help

I was having problems logging in to Novant Health but I got in touch by phone with their staff and in a few short minutes my problems were gone. The young lady was extremely helpful and helped me fix the problem with the 1st try . That’s the reason I updated my review. Sorry I can’t remember her name but thank you for helping me and being very kind while doing so.

Doesn’t work

It would be AMAZING if the app actually worked! I get notification via email to check my chart for a new message but have nothing on the app and that’s even IF I can get on the app in the first place! Wish I could give it zero stars. 👎

Not able to login in app

I am not able to login in app using same credentials as using in the web.

Directions

Why can’t I copy the address if you guys aren’t going to give me directions in the app: I have to open the app and Google to switch between the two apps just to get directions. You would think directions would come in the appointment or at least a hyper link to push or even allow you to copy.
