Terrible- empty promises

This app is just meditations. There is no way to track your food or even get some suggestions on workouts. It is just meditations, which would be OK except the app promises a lot of other things. Plus you can message the coaches all you want they don’t answer. So the app has a lot of empty promises

Smarmy

This has got to be the most smarmy music on any app I’ve ever heard. I can’t get past the sleezy voices and terrible music to even begin to use this app.

Useless

Sessions are not integrated into the app and can’t be downloaded for later play so must have access to fast internet to listen. In a 3rd world country like Louisiana this hardly ever an option so I just wasted $10 If there was the ability to download tracks this would be a great app for a very fair price

This app advertises a computer generated after photo, but this is not true. After analyzing your photo the app TELLS you how much weight you will lose in particular area ( I.e, stomach, back, legs, etc.). You will not see a visual of yourself after.
