As a German citizen in the US I enjoy reading German news, but the pop up ads take all the fun away. I can’t close them without closing the entire app and start over. Very annoying and I am going to delete the app unless you give me a option to turn ads off.

It’s just so convenient every day to keep up with what’s going on in the UK, etc., with the App.! Every morning back here in the states so I can keep up with what’s going on across the pond and it’s just so much fun to have that ability.

This app use always your location en there’s no possibility to put it out. Only when you turn it off for whole your Android. That can’t be true because some apps need your location. Also you can’t find this app between all your apps in the list. That’s why I don’t trust this app. Also when you get a pop up add, you can’t click it away but you have to visit the website. Crazy, just crazy. In answer on the reaction of the developer , it’s written in your privacy police also that iOS use your location for adds. Your can turn it of in API but than don’t have the ads that need my location no location. You can’t expect that people every time when they read the newspaper first have to go to the API to disable location. And stop that music in the adds please. It’s not so nice for other people in the evening. And don’t say that I can turn my volume down😤
