Bought my twins a pair and one of them stopped charging after 3 weeks. Luckily it was still under warranty and I purchased the insurance since they are kids. It kind of made me worry a little but was willing to try it one more time. If it happens again I’m going to return both of them. It’s not of any use if you cannot trust that your child will be able to use it in an emergency.
It works. I know where she is and can live track her if needed. Especially in the summer when kids like to bounce around between houses, and playing outside.

Half the time the app won’t even open and when it does, the tracking will give a location once and then never again. I’ve been trying for an hour to access my daughters location and it won’t update. This is a constant issue. No one seems to be able to figure it out. Very disappointed.
The watch can be pretty glitchy and lags a LOT. I would never expect it to be anything similar to a galaxy or Google Watch. But improvements could definitely improve on accuracy for location, and time it takes to actually track and connect. (*Mom of elementary aged kiddos*)
