Waste of money and time.

This app could not even find the Bluetooth watch on my wrist! It never acknowledged a single Bluetooth device. I emailed the suggested address and received no reply. I knew that my hearing aid was on and detectable because my Android settings showed when the device was connected or not connected as I walked around searching. I would like a refund because I had to purchase another app to finally find the device!

I should’ve listened to all of the negative reviews. I wish PhonakWith add defined feature to their app like Oticon ON has. I lost one of my Oticon hearing aids and the app help me find it in a matter of minutes. I now have phonetic aids and there is no locating feature. C’mon Phonak!!
