When I first put the Jabra hearing aids on, I was amazed at the clarity. I’m not having to ask people I’m conversing with to repeat stuff as often anymore. User interface on the Android is easy to use and online support is great!
I had my first orientation meeting and most of the 30 minutes was spent changing the domes. I received longer receiver wires and can not slide the ‘door’ to remove the shorter receiver wire as per the video that i received. I asked my house keeper for assistance and she did not have any success either. I placed a phone phone call into tech support and am waiting for the return of my call. Thank you. Unhappy Al Marma
Cell phone answering does not work all the time. Connecting to my Android should be automatic. I must either power off or put them in the charger, which is not always available Android audio is bad. I need to turn volume on high, to hear the conversation.
