I’m doing ok without the app. You’ll do ok without all my personal info.
This app never fully worked for me with a very confusing setup and hit & miss connection to the bikes. Now with this latest update, all I get is a white screen after logging in. In other words — completely broken.
No matter how much of my data I give them - and it’s already too much - they still don’t consider my profile completed. What am I missing here? Every field has some kind of an answer, and yet i still don’t have full functionality because the app thinks my profile isn’t complete.
App doesn’t let you register. You can click on the “register” button all you want but it only refreshes the load page. If you try from the website and not the app, it does the same thing. Go back to the basics with the programming. Huge oversights across the board. You’d expect more from this company. Test before you market!
Update: the problems I was having appear to have resolved, perhaps with an updated version? Changed from 2 stars to 4. I can’t get my preferred club to switch to my local club and my profile never reaches above 95%. I don’t have a Facebook account so this contributes to not fulfilling my profile requirements. A bit unfair that we have to supply all information for things we either do not have or want to keep private.
