Fails at its one job of picking a color from the screen.

I thought there was no way that it could “pick the wrong color” as some other reviewers mentioned, but then I compared it to two other color picking apps and it turns out they’re right. A quick comparison of sampled HEX values shows that it indeed does not report the correct HEX value of the selected color. This app is trash until that’s fixed. Oh well!

Its Okay

I downloaded it, tried about 5 to 7 different colors. The accuracy is pretty good. The color I selected with the eyedropper was probably just a little off. It looked just a tab bit darker, but not much. So it is okay for me as I am not really not artist, I just needed something to pick colors for my webpages to get the hex code for CSS. So I like it, but the popup window that go along with it is a bit annoying. Also it is a bit limited with only 1 built in color selector.

HEX codes seem to be inaccurate

I tried picking a color from my screen to get it's Hex code so I could then specify that color in another app (Google Presentation) but the color that resulted in the other app did not match the one I picked or what was shown in the color picker app.
