If airline changes schedule or impacts your purchased ticket, you’re on your own. There is absolutely NO customer service. No phone number to call, No email support. Airline will tell you to go to Mytrip and Mytrip wont respond. Save your money, go with peace of mind and buy tickets elsewhere

There’s no customer service whatsoever. I tried emailing, calling, chatting and nothing. Luckily the flight I needed canceled was cheap, but this is a nightmare service. You save a few dollars, but if you need help you won’t get any.

Horrible experience thankful I talked to the original airlines and let them know what was going on took a while after arguing with this My trip customer service they didn’t not want to provide my details they said “why you need to give the airline the information “ i told Alaska airlines my problem and they finally were able to find me in there system and said all the info my trip gave me was a lie (they had said they put me on a flight the next day ) Alaska was able to put me on a flight the original day … please purchase through the company website don’t use 3rd parties !!!! You are warned

If zero would have been an option that’s the score they deserved. Dealing with your travel agents was a nightmare. Two weeks before my flight I received a cancellation email and since then I’ve been calling them to rebook, spent hrs on the phone everyday, stressed out and no one was able or willing to help. All I got were false expectations, misinformation, run around, waiting game, no willingness to assist - those are their expertise. They are not capable of handling travelers issues and no sense of urgency. Until the day of my flight I got nothing. I even called the airline and I was advised it should have been taken cared by the agency with no time restrictions it can be rebooked since agency got the authorization code. It was a terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend you even to my worst enemies.
