very poor app

I’ve had grocery store apps from other stores that are easy to use but harps app is the most confusing of all.

Due to the multiple buy of stores the systems are taking time to transfer. If you are having troubles with the app, it’s possible the store hasn’t even set up with the app yet. Be patient with us! All these Harps stores won’t be perfect overnight!

The app started off really good. I was able to clip coupons, scan the products and get the money added to my wallet without any problems. However the past couple months things have gone downhill. When scanning an item, it takes about 4 tries before I get a message that says it matches. I also never used to have a problem getting credit for everything I purchased with the coupons, but now I only get credit for about 60% or so. I tried emailing customer service on my missing credits, but never got a response. I’m just going to stop using it. It’s more of a hassle than what it’s worth.

I can’t use it because I can’t complete my registration. Asking for local store but it is not on the list.
