WiZ (legacy) for Android

Just spent 90 minutes on the Wiz chatline trying to migrate my old Wiz lights to the new Wiz app. A nightmare. Most of that time was spent waiting for agent to respond. Very poor support and poor programming for app update. I am going to trash my bulbs that use this app and start over again with a company that values ease of use and customer support.

I've had this app for over a year. Randomly disconnects and generally works like trash. It's the only option for this brand of light bulbs so they got no reason to improve

I like it and it is cool

It doesn’t have dark mode , so be prepare to get your eyes burn until you go blind.

I got these for my birthday expecting a remote, but no. A app I have to download. Easy as pie right? No. The lights are stuck yellow and it tells me to manually get them to connect and they absolutely won’t! I have two pairs in my room and they won’t connect to either one of them. I think it’s a clear waste of money if they don’t even work, I’d rather lose the remote than throw a chair across the room. Note: the instructions don’t tell you how to do this stuff and don’t come with an option of remote! The lights don’t work whatsoever. I’ve tried everything and they don’t. Your company is garbage if you can’t give people an option of remote. Me and my dad are buying remote ones. Never using this again. Not even if I was dared 100 bucks.
