I am disappointed with the billing and accounting. I have been double billed on multiple occasions. I have contacted the staff on numerous occasions. I also feel I have been overcharged monthly. I’ll NOT “tech savvy” (3rd graders are more so) & am NOT at all comfortable or efficient in using this form of communication!! It’s very frustrating & time consuming having to go through all these forms/pages !!!
