I started working for Tend in November and only worked 12 assignments
I’ve tried using this app for 4 years. I’ve never once been selected for a job, and I can’t reach anybody at all. The company doesn’t disclose their approval process.
I did a day of work through the Tend app and wasn’t paid for my work. Definitely won’t be using this app anymore especially when a company this big doesn’t pay their employees.
I worked one shift, NASCAR Ally 400 messed up my times. The app says the wrong payment was sent however it never reached my account. I spent 8 hours in the boiling heat for nothing. **update** Tend staff told me to clock out after this shift and then claimed my times could not be accounted for, when I left Speedway team members were arguing with staff over who left. Eleven people walked out on this shift and I wish I was one of them. During this shift they did a headcount that apparently didn’t do much of anything. Don’t ever use this app, it’s a waste of time and the staff are useless.
There seems to be a few positions advertised. However they are only looking for one or two people so the chances of being selected are low. Just this past week I applied for over ten positions and was not selected for one!
