Needs One charge for everything

I don’t understand why we pay for the cowboy channel app but then have to pay extra to watch certain things. There needs to be one set charge & you have access to everything.

So confusing & a waste of $20!

I appreciate in today’s era we can watch tv online but this cowboy channel plus is, I’m sorry in my opinion, not worth the $19.99! I’m having such a hard time trying to even figure it out and it says live but I’ve missed 2 of my sons 3 events! The music is so loud I can hardly understand what the announcers are saying! I really want my money back. It so frustrating! Please try to make some updates.
