GPS is only accurate maybe 10% of the time. It will frequently show your bus on the map as arriving/due or even as passing you by with no physical bus in front of you. I legitimately just watched the virtual bus turn a corner and drive by me no less than 5 times before it actually materialized. And that’s when the app is actually functional. This app is even more unreliable than SunTran service itself, that’s saying something.
I haven't had any of the GPS issues mentioned in other comments, and when it's up and running, the app works great for me. However, when the app isn't working, it's down for a really obnoxiously long time--days, usually weeks. (For example, the servers have been down for over a week now!) Considering the people who rely on this app for accurate and timely info, either fix it in a day or two or don't offer it at all!
Up until recently the app has been fantastic and super helpful however within the last week the app has not worked once it keeps not connecting to the server
Has not worked for 24 hours now GPS is always wrong and acting up
Left 1 star only because I can’t leave 0 stars. After launching the app it always gives an error saying it can’t connect to server whether using WiFi or cellular data. 100% useless piece of ******.
