I was enjoying this game a lot but as of this morning all of my progress has been deleted to the first day I played. I can only assume something with the update caused this but I will be deleting this game. I can’t be bother to devote time to something that is going to be randomly rolled back.

Love the game very addicting I had to get off for personal reasons and decided to jump back once the matter was resolved just to find out my account was lost so I contacted support but havnt had a reply yet my only issue is account recovery I’m still waiting on a reply but other than that the game is great and a lot of fun love what the team are doing

Can’t get back in it, due to this update. Not happy! I already sent out about 6 emails to your department along with screenshots of payments of what I’ve purchased town hall name, level im on, and I’m unable to remember what guild I joined since I just had joined it. And you mentioned you were not able to help me. I wish you would have mentioned about the new update locking out old phones (6s) before I had updated. I only found out this week, but now my VIP and my Colosseum packs are wasting away until 7 more days(I’ve waited about 10 days) when I can transfer my account back to my regular phone. - A very sad town chief

it’s not bad for killing time but it just completely stopped working after a while. i made it to the expert difficulty before it started freezing my entire (new) phone, which can’t be the phones fault cause it works perfectly otherwise. it keeps playing the music after i closed the app until i turn my phone off then on
