I had enough cash to cash out on several of the cash apps & did never received anything. I had enough to cash out for Amazon card it never would let me do it. Reached out to customer support no response & today all my points & everything has disappeared from game. In response to your response I’ve got screenshots of where I cashed out & never received anything. What does this have to do with updates?
Pop ups are so obnoxious. I PAID, thinking I’d get rid of any pop ups. Nope. Paying only makes the No Thanks button work so you don’t have to watch an ad. I don’t need any boosters. I have hundreds. Please let me play without constantly asking if I want to double my reward by watching an ad. I’m so bummed out. The game is expensive, but I bit the bullet. Please give the choice to never be asked about rewards again. Or let us choose to never receive rewards. Let me know if there are plans for this. Otherwise I’m asking for a refund. I do really love the game, otherwise.
The game is quite fun but the ads every 2-3 minutes is excessive and keeps me from purchasing the game, because I’m sure one would still receive ads somehow. I understand this is how the developers make money, but it is really A LOT of ads.
