Reply: Gigalife App is in 3.0.5 version your latest update. IOS is in 12.5.6 all are latest updates. “Error Occured - Something went wrong. Try again” “Number Field required” ——————————————————————— I’m on 12.5.6 on ios ver and everytime the app needs to update, it will without fail this app will not work. Please fix this.

Wasted Opportunity

Installed - Can’t remember the service the App is installed on is the phone trying to managed ( by default even ). Seems silly or unsure of it’s own security to log out . . . Don’t think I would run the program to add load IF Smart is not my service.

Payment Processing Errors

Normally the app functions great, however, recently, no matter what payment method I try (different credit cards, debit cards, pay maya) I get a payment processing error when I try to reload my prepaid WiFi and Cell Phone. Because of this, I cannot use my phone or internet at home. I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps of installing and uninstalling, keeping the app up to date, etc. Please fix!
