If I could give a 0 I would. Any positive reviews are clearly by those involved in creating the app because it is a total failure. You have no idea where the bus is and gps times listed are NEVER accurate. I am in minute 12 for a bus that was 4 min away. Go back to the old app this one is totally worthless.
The original BU app was nearly useless and unintuitive. Unlike the other reviewer, I thoroughly appreciate the integration of other public transit, since most of us need to be able to combine the BU Shuttle with other forms of transit to make a commute—I was tired of switching between multiple apps so this new version is comparatively excellent.
This new version BU app doesn’t do the job it supposed to be used for — finding BU shuttle status and schedule. Other features like MBTA lines, stores, traffic, walking directions are not crucial. This app doesn’t have an easy access to the basic function.
Great app that gives me real-time on Shuttles.
